Internships
At Alcal Specialty Contracting, we are dedicated to developing future key leaders. Not only is our internship program design for interns to acquire the knowledge and skills for their career, but we also give interns the opportunity to explore what piques their interest and allow them to pursue it.
We are excited to offer internship opportunities to current college students and recent college graduates who are interested in gaining on-the-job experience in Specialty Contracting. Interns are able to gain valuable experience in Estimating, Office Management, and Job Site Supervision with a potential for full time work during school breaks or after graduation. Recent interns have come from some of the top Construction Management and Engineering programs on the West Coast including: Chico State University, Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo, Fresno State, California State University – Sacramento, and University of Arizona.
